Bus 337: cheapest, daytime only
Tbilisi airport’s own page lists one municipal route, 337, from the stop in front of arrivals to the city centre, 1 GEL for 90 minutes of travel, paid by bank card or a Metromoney card. It does not run through the night, so it does not help with the many early-morning arrivals.
Taxi apps
Bolt and Yandex Go work at Tbilisi airport if you have a local SIM or roaming data; the price depends on the time of day and demand, so check the app on landing. Agree nothing with drivers who approach you inside the terminal.
When a pre-booked transfer makes sense
Night arrivals, families, luggage, or if you want to go straight on to Gudauri, Kazbegi or Batumi. The driver waits with a name sign, tracks the flight and waits 60 minutes after landing for free; the price per car is fixed in advance.
