Terms of booking

1. Who we are

RideGE is a booking service operated by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong). We act as an agent: transport is performed by licensed local partner carriers in Georgia (and, for trips to Armenia, carriers permitted to cross the border). We are responsible for the booking and for arranging a replacement if the assigned car cannot come.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are per vehicle, one way unless stated, in US dollars, and include the car, a driver speaking English or Russian, and fuel. Lari amounts are indicative at about 2.60 GEL per USD. Entry fees, tastings, accommodation and meals are not included unless stated. The price is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before the trip; that confirmation is the contract.

3. Payment

Transfers and day trips: paid to the driver at the end of the trip in cash (GEL, USD or EUR at the day's rate). Multi-day trips: 30% deposit, the rest to the driver.

4. Waiting

At airports waiting starts at the actual landing time; 60 minutes are free, then $5 per 30 minutes. At other pickups 15 minutes are free.

5. Cancellation by you

Transfers and day trips: free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the price. Multi-day trips: free up to 7 days before; later, the deposit is kept to cover the driver's reserved days.

6. Weather and road closures

If the authorities (Roads Department of Georgia, police, border service) close or restrict the road, or the driver judges the road unsafe, you choose a free new date or a 100% refund of anything paid. We are not liable for flight cancellations, but we move your booking free of charge if you tell us.

7. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags, including ski bags; we assign a vehicle that fits. Child seats are free on request. Smoking is not allowed in the cars.

8. Complaints

Write to us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days; we reply within 3 working days.
