Privacy policy

Data controller: GG Services Limited (Hong Kong), operating RideGE. We collect only what we need to arrange your trip: name, WhatsApp number, email, flight number, pickup address and trip details. We pass the name, phone, pickup point and time to the partner carrier and driver assigned to your trip, and nothing to anyone else except our email provider (Resend) for sending confirmations and our messaging tools for notifying our dispatcher.

We keep booking records for 3 years for accounting, then delete or anonymise them. If analytics is enabled, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by email.
