Batumi airport sits on the coast south of the city, about 20 minutes by car from the boulevard and old town. City buses 10 and 10a run every 10–15 minutes but the last one leaves around 21:55, and the fare is 0.70 GEL by card. After that you need Bolt — about 12 GEL to the centre when cars are available — or a pre-booked car. How do I get from the airport to the city at night?
The airport works around the clock, but public transport does not. Compare the options:

What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number: 60 minutes of free waiting start when the plane actually lands, so a delay or a slow passport queue costs nothing. After that, waiting is $5 per 30 minutes. If the flight is cancelled, you move the pickup free of charge.
Where can I get cash and a SIM card at night?
Several ATMs in arrivals dispense lari; SIM desks are in arrivals, a Magti SIM is about 10 GEL in the city. Bus fares are paid by card.
How do I avoid overpaying for a taxi at night?
Do not accept rides from people who approach you inside the terminal. Use an app with a fixed fare shown before you get in, or a car booked in advance with the price per car agreed in writing. Our price is per car, not per person, and includes luggage, waiting and child seats.

What do I need to enter Georgia?
