The road
Up the Tergi valley to the Jvari pass (about 2,400 m), down past Gudauri, Pasanauri and Ananuri to the Zhinvali reservoir, Mtskheta and Tbilisi. In winter the Kobi–Gudauri section can close after heavy snow; we check georoad.ge before pickup.
